My first post after setting this thing up months and months ago! Wow I'm lazy! Well I just got back from my 3 week road trip celebrating my graduation from high school! I went with my mom, my Aunt Sally, and my bestest cousin Abi. We accumulated about 4500 miles starting in Oregon, going down the coast to the Redwoods. Then to the pot smoking San Francisco which was full of funky thrift stores (picture top left and right)and Fisherman's Wharf which had a really cool boardwalk full of shops and an awesome hat store (bottom right)! Santa Cruz was really fun with all the crazy rides and abusive wooden rollercoaster. Medieval Times (bottom left) where we rooted for our yellow knight who died and we ate food with our hands and got very messy! Disneyland...need I say more? It's the happiest place on earth and my favorite place on earth enough said! Hollywood was cool to see all the stars' names and their hand/footprints in front of that Chinese theater, I saw Frank Sinatra's handprint and that made my day. Las Vegas I had my Aunt Sally gamble for me but I didn't win anything sadly :( Salt Lake City we saw my cousin Abi's future school LDS Buisness College and we ate brunch at the Little America Hotel, expensive but SO worth it! We also saw the movie Walle which was freaking adorable it made Abi and I cry! And we also got to shop for new school clothes via my Aunt Sally. Evanston Wyoming was cool to see my homeland. I got to see the hospital I was born at, the house I used to live in, and the random cow pasture across the street that I apparently would wander into and try to talk to the cows. It made it worth the tent stake that got jammed in our tire. Jackson Hole and Yellowstone were beautiful with the Tetons, Geysers, and all the wildlife! We saw 3 bears, about twenty buffalo, elk, and cute little gophers! It was a long time in the car but it was totally worth it! It was an awesome trip that I'll never forget!
